Element Event Group is an early-stage, fast-growing company looking for a foundational sales leader to help build and scale our revenue engine from the ground up.

We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales to lead business development, close new client partnerships, and help shape the long-term growth strategy of Element Event Group.

  • Own and drive net-new revenue generation

     
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy

     
  • Build relationships with enterprise decision-makers and marketing leaders

     
  • Close deals across:

     
    • Corporate events & conferences

       
    • Executive dinners & client entertainment

This is a remote, startup leadership role designed for an entrepreneurial seller who is excited by upside and ownership.

Compensation Structure

  • 100% commission-based earnings with uncapped potential

     
  • Equity participation (up to ~5%) tied to performance, milestones, and vesting

     
  • Significant leadership influence and ability to shape the sales function
