Job Description:

Position Summary

DTN is seeking a Video and Motion Graphics Designer to bring stories to life through engaging video and animated content that supports brand, product, and marketing initiatives. This role partners closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop high-quality motion assets across digital platforms. The ideal candidate blends strong visual storytelling with technical execution and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
  • Edit video content, including color correction, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
  • Translate DTN brand guidelines into visually compelling motion assets across formats.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms, channels, and performance requirements.

What You Will Bring to the Position:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in video production and motion graphics.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, animation, and video editing expertise.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, timing, and visual storytelling principles.
  • Ability to take creative direction and deliver polished, production-ready assets.
  • Experience creating short-form video for social platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D or Blender) and brand or performance marketing content is preferred.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $71,000 and $95,000. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
