The team is led by board-certified specialists and leverages advanced technology (including robotics and lasers) to deliver precise, compassionate outcomes. They value speed, professionalism, and measurable results across patient education and practice growth.

Why does this role exist?
This role exists to immediately own and accelerate video-led content creation, social execution, and AI-driven workflow improvements so the practice maintains a consistent, high-impact presence without taking time from the doctor/leadership. • Prepare multiple cuts per platform (vertical, square, horizontal), and organize a content library
Social strategy, planning, and execution
  • Recommend priority platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, and others) with rationale
  • Build a content calendar; draft copy, hashtags, and schedule posts
  • Post consistently, engage with comments/messages, and iterate based on performance
Presentation creation and sales enablement
  • Build high-quality Keynote presentations and collateral for patient education and referrals
  • Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling visuals
  • Maintain brand consistency across decks, thumbnails, and social assets
AI implementation and workflow optimization
  • Integrate AI tools for scripting, repurposing long-form to shorts, captioning, thumbnails, and scheduling
  • Create repeatable SOPs to speed ideation, editing, approvals, and posting
  • Proactively suggest and implement workflow improvements to reduce client time
Reporting, communication, and continuous improvement
  • Track and report weekly metrics and insights; recommend next steps
  • Communicate primarily via text, supported by quick calls and email, to keep work moving
  • Test content formats and hooks; double down on what works for growth and inquiries

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
  • 3+ years of hands-on video recording and editing with a portfolio of short-form and long-form content
  • Proven social media strategy and execution experience, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Strong Keynote presentation skills with a track record of building polished, on-brand decks
  • Demonstrated AI proficiency applied to content and marketing workflows (e.g., scripting, repurposing, captioning, scheduling)
  • High initiative self-starter who ramps quickly and operates independently with minimal guidance
WFH Set-Up:
    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
    • Back-up computer and internet connection
    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Your Superpowers:
  • Technical: filming fundamentals (framing, lighting, audio), video editing, motion graphics, subtitling, thumbnail design, social copywriting, content calendaring, analytics reading, and using AI tools to accelerate each step
  • Strategic: platform selection, content angle ideation, hook testing, audience-first storytelling, and funnel-aware CTAs
  • Operational: ownership mindset, process building, documentation (SOPs), and strong follow-through
  • Personal: proactive communication (primarily via text), fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under moving priorities
You should apply if...
  • You’re a proactive creator who ships daily, brings ideas unprompted, and thrives with minimal direction
  • You can advise which platforms matter and why—and then execute the plan end to end
  • You’re AI-forward and enjoy building faster, smarter content workflows
  • You communicate crisply via text/calls, are comfortable working with a busy clinical leader, and can start immediately
  • You’re excited by healthcare/patient education content and can translate complex topics into clear, engaging stories
