Airtable is the no-code app platform that empowers people closest to the work to accelerate their most critical business processes. More than 500,000 organizations, including 80% of the Fortune 100, rely on Airtable to transform how work gets done.

We're building Airtable's video presence from scratch, starting with short-form. The target: 60 short-form videos published by the end of April across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and IG Reels. You'll own video strategy and production — concepting series, directing shoots, and shipping 5+ videos per week. This isn't a "build the strategy, then execute" role. You'll be shipping in your first week, and you'll bring on a contract editor (or editors) to help you hit volume targets. Once we prove out short-form, you'll build out our long-form YouTube presence as well.

You're responsible for great content, not for creating it all yourself. We have internal subject matter experts across PMM and Education who will serve as on-screen talent — your job is to concept, direct, and produce content that features them. You can be on-screen yourself where it makes sense, but the model is you running the production machine, not being the sole face of it.

We need someone resourceful who cares about performance. You can shoot on an iPhone or camera, turn around edits fast, and understand what works on short-form platforms without overthinking it. You'll travel to key events and to our offices for shoots. Volume matters, but so does performance, we're not just filling a feed, we're building an audience.

What you'll do

Short-Form Video (Primary Focus)

  • Own short-form strategy and execution across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and LinkedIn
  • Ship 5+ videos per week showing Airtable's AI capabilities through social-first, UGC-style content
  • Stay close to platform trends and move quickly when moments emerge

Long-Form Video (Phase 2)

  • Once short-form rhythm is established, develop YouTube channel strategy
  • Work with Education team to refactor existing content for YouTube

Production & Collaboration

  • Source and manage contract editor(s) — you'll have budget to build a small team
  • Partner with Social on distribution and performance; direct content featuring PMM and Education as talent
  • Coordinate on event content capture and product launch moments
What the first 90 days might look like

Month 1: Ship (15-20 videos)

  • Onboard on product and audience; source and onboard contract editor
  • First videos published by week 2; hit 5+/week rhythm by week 4
  • Establish 2-3 repeatable series or formats

Month 2: Accelerate (20-25 videos)

  • Full production rhythm; batch workflows operational
  • Iterate based on performance — double down on what's working

Month 3: Scale (20-25 videos)

  • 60 video target hit; clear data on what formats resonate
  • YouTube long-form strategy developed; proposal for next phase
You should have
  • Proven track record shipping high-volume short-form content — show us accounts you've built
  • Obsession with performance — you watch the metrics, learn what drives engagement, and iterate fast
  • Strong instincts for what makes people stop scrolling
  • Experience directing non-professional talent and managing editors or small teams
  • Comfort working fast and learning from what performs
  • Bonus: Familiarity with B2B tech, no-code tools, or the builder/creator ecosystem
