  • Lead the VIP brand strategy for the LATAM region, setting the tone of voice, positioning, and overall creative direction;

  • Build impactful and localized brand experiences, from gifting to communications, that reflect user preferences, cultural nuances, and seasonal trends;

  • Collaborate closely with the VIP Event Manager to craft exclusive, personalized event concepts that surprise and delight VIP users;

  • Work alongside CRM, design, and social media teams to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all customer touchpoints;

  • Propose and execute influencer and ambassador partnerships tailored to key LATAM markets;

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and shifting user behavior to inform strategy and refine initiatives;

  • Deliver post-campaign reports and event recaps with performance metrics, user insights, and future recommendations;

  • Maintain brand quality and consistency across all activations, from visual assets to gifting execution and user communications;

  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Experience you’ll need to bring:
  • Experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Management, or VIP Marketing, preferably within the iGaming or entertainment sectors;

  • A deep understanding of LATAM markets;

  • Proven success in developing and launching creative campaigns or VIP-focused brand experiences;

  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills;

  • Comfort working with performance metrics, budgets, and light Excel reporting;

  • Advanced English proficiency and/or Portuguese fluency.
