🔹 Position Overview
• Remote Call Center Representative
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training
• Minimum 9-month commitment required
🔹 Requirements
• Good communication & computer skills
• Fluent in English
• Reliable and coachable
• Must follow a strict training attendance policy (up to 2 weeks)
🔹 Tech Requirements
• Laptop specs:
o Windows: 8GB RAM, Core i5 (4 cores), 2.0GHz+
o Mac: 8GB RAM, Catalina/Big Sur/M1 chip, 2.0GHz+
• Headset:
o Wired USB headset with visible microphone (No AirPods or wireless)
• Internet:
o Wired LTE router (SIM-powered, connected via cable)
o Wi-Fi and hotspot not accepted
🔹 Schedule & Salary
• Full-time: 5 days/week, 8–9 hrs/day
• Base salary + performance incentives (if applicable)
• Two yearly company events
🔹 Responsibilities
• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls
• Problem solving & documentation
• Follow scripts and internal procedures
• Maintain a calm, quiet work environment
