About the role

We are looking for a Virtual Recruiting Assistant to support our team of Executive Search Consultants. This is an opportunity to work remotely and assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. Whether you have prior experience in recruitment or are new to the industry, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What you'll do
  • Assist Executive Search Consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment activities.

  • Communicate with candidates and clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.

  • Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and compile detailed candidate profiles.

  • Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including document management and reporting.
