We are expanding our team due to exciting developments planned for the near future. This is a hands on role focused on individual contribution, strong execution, creativity, and day-to-day involvement within our growing in-house creative team.

We are looking for a talented designer who is passionate about creating high-quality visual work and collaborating closely with different teams across the business. The role is full-time and office based in Limassol, Cyprus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality visual content across multiple platforms (web, print, digital, social media, presentations, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams as part of the marketing team (product, UX/UI, and developers)
  • Contribute to concept development and visual storytelling
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines


Requirements 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working as a Graphic, Visual, or Web Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across a range of media
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with AI tools. 3D software is a plus
  • Familiarity with branding, web design, marketing design, and digital advertising formats
  • Industry-specific experience in fintech is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Interview steps

  1. Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) 
  2. Technical Interview (1 hour)
  3. Test task
  4. Final Interview with managers (1 hour)
