At Algolia, we’re proud to be a pioneer and market leader in AI Search, empowering 17,000+ businesses to deliver blazing-fast, predictive search and browse experiences at internet scale. Every week, we power over 30 billion search requests — four times more than Microsoft Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex, and DuckDuckGo combined.

In 2021, we raised $150 million in Series D funding, quadrupling our valuation to $2.25 billion. This strong foundation enables us to keep investing in our market-leading platform and serving incredible customers like Under Armour, PetSmart, Stripe, Gymshark, and Walgreens.

At Algolia, we are passionate about helping developers and product teams connect their users with what matters most in milliseconds. Algolia powers more than 1.5 trillion searches annually and helps organizations around the world deliver fast, relevant, AI-powered discovery experiences at enterprise scale. Our FY26 strategy sharpens our focus on enterprise growth, platformization, operational excellence, and AI-native execution across every part of the business.

As Algolia evolves into a more AI-native company, we are creating a new individual contributor executive role responsible for transforming how our go-to-market organization operates. This leader will architect and scale the systems, workflows, decision models, and automation capabilities that power Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Field Operations globally. This role will operate as a peer to executive leaders across GTM and R&D while reporting directly to the CEO.

The mandate is to convert fragmented operational processes into a scalable, intelligent execution engine that improves growth quality, forecasting precision, productivity, and operating leverage.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:Lead GTM Operating Model Transformation

  • Identify inefficiencies, manual dependencies, and execution bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
  • Define scalable, AI-native operating models that improve execution quality, forecasting accuracy, and operating leverage
Build AI-Driven Operational Intelligence & Automation
  • Apply AI, analytics, and automation capabilities across structured and unstructured GTM data sources
  • Develop systems that continuously surface pipeline risks, expansion opportunities, operational anomalies, and forecasting insights
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, InfoSec and IT teams to deploy production-grade AI and automation solutions embedded into daily workflows
Drive Transformation Execution, Adoption & Governance
  • Build and execute a multi-quarter transformation roadmap aligned to measurable business outcomes
  • Partner closely with Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, L&D, and GTM leadership to drive adoption of AI-native workflows and operating practices
  • Embed new workflows into forecasting cadences, QBRs, planning processes, onboarding, and executive reporting
  • Develop scalable change management and enablement strategies that increase trust, usability, and adoption of AI-driven systems across GTM teams
  • Establish governance frameworks for automation quality, metric consistency, AI oversight, operational accountability, and responsible AI usage
Establish Performance Measurement & Value Realization
  • Define KPI frameworks tied to forecast accuracy, pipeline conversion, productivity, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency
  • Track ROI and business impact of automation and AI adoption initiatives
  • Create repeatable methodologies that institutionalize operational excellence across the GTM organization
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
  • Strong systems thinking and a passion for redesigning organizations for scale, velocity, and clarity
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Enterprise Transformation, Consulting, or adjacent leadership roles
  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML applications, automation tooling, data architectures, and modern GTM systems ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience within high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-native organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise AI tooling ecosystems, forecasting systems, NLP applications, and autonomous workflow tooling
  • Experience building operational governance and performance measurement frameworks at scale
