Job Summary
 

The Director, Channel Partnerships has a strong business orientation and is responsible for supporting the overall employer sales revenue targets through their relationships with aligned consultant and broker partners. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans to drive opportunities with key broker and consultant partners based on company goals that will promote overall sales growth and drive customer satisfaction for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieves annual sales quotas with aligned firms in support of Crossover Health’s growth strategy and objectives

  • Actively prospect, build and maintain relationships with brokers and consultants to ultimately  secure opportunities with medium and large accounts (1,000 - 10,000 + employees) 

  • Plan and conduct targeted sales presentations with aligned firms 

  • Cultivate a regular cadence of meetings, clinic tours, lunch & learns, and firm-specific opportunities 

  • Consistent and proactive use of CRM technology to provide transparency and effective forecasting

  • Partners with sales Account Executives to progress opportunities through the pipeline 

  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis

  • Works in partnership with b2b marketing team to identify opportunities to increase sales opportunities 

  • Cross functional work with Product, Business Development, Sales Operations, Account Management and Medical Group teams 

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other related field

  • 7+ years experience in sales, 3+ years experience in selling healthcare benefits and/or experience in a health & benefits consulting firm  

  • Expertise in consultative approach to sales 

  • Experience working with C-level decision-makers within organizations

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully selling into enterprise customers

  • Strong track record of consistently meeting / exceeding yearly quotas 

  • MBA

  • Experience selling Direct Primary Care Services

  • Established contacts with key broker / consultant firms 

Physical Job Requirements

  • 50% travel to client locations domestically

  • May require standing, walking and sitting for extended amounts of time.

  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Includes full range of body motion including potential of handling and lifting patients.

  • Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with patients and team members.

  • Preferred Qualifications

The base pay range for this position is $140,003.00 to $196,005 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
