Summary:

The VP, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading Wealthspire’s enterprise data strategy, analytics capabilities, and data governance framework. This role drives the transformation of firm data into actionable insights that enhance client outcomes, optimize operational efficiency, and support informed strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Data Strategy

  • Define and execute the firm’s enterprise data architecture and analytics roadmap to support business objectives.
  • Establish scalable data platforms and implement data governance standards to ensure consistency and reliability.

Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and enhance analytics capabilities to support advisors, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and predictive insights to inform business decisions.

Data Governance

  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for data quality, lineage, and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Security teams to ensure the protection of sensitive and regulated data.

Data Platform Leadership

  • Oversee the management of data pipelines, integration platforms, and cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Ensure data systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of leadership experience in data architecture, analytics, or data engineering
  • Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of financial services data models and industry practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

What We Offer:

Wealthspire is proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, and more. The base salary range for this position is $130,000 –$160,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
