Job Description

1. End-to-end execution of Digital Wealth product capabilities on assigned initiatives as part of Group TMRW Build team.
  • Serve as initiative SME – bring in depth digital wealth product knowledge across working groups with Business product owners, technology partners, design team and platform owners for build of new digital wealth capabilities as part of the TMRW Build team.
  • Prioritization management – Input into day-to-day maintenance & tracking of prioritization discussions for respective SME allocated initiatives with Business heads and key stakeholders, in line with Digital Wealth TMRW client experience, strategy vision & goals.
  • Execution focused – undertake initiative to drive and orchestrate the delivery of items that are required to inform various digital wealth product initiative constructs and ensure completion to a high standard of subsequent client experience journey outcomes.
2. Drive the continuous improvement of Digital Wealth product TMRW experiences & capabilities as part of TMRW Build team.
  • Backlog management - Ensure that respective SME input initiatives are included in the Digital Wealth TMRW product backlog and that inputs are maintained in a transparent, visible, and comprehensible state, available to all stakeholders, in partnership with Transformation Program teams.
  • Close feedback loops – Embed within initiative working groups to gather, filter and incorporate feedback and improvement suggestions from various teams into the backlog, to refine the TMRW Digital Wealth experiences & capabilities.
  • Adherence to governance and process standards - Ensure backlog items meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) for informed roadmap decisions and prepare the relevant detailed artifacts.
  • User story quality – Articulate, create and drive requirements by ensuring compliance with user story format and maintaining high quality.
  • Projects / Change management – Day-to-day execution of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Digital Wealth TMRW programs & iterative change requests.
3. Demonstrate thought leadership and an innovation mindset relating to the Digital Wealth product client experience for assigned initiatives.  
  • New capabilities – Partner with research and design, as well as cross-function stakeholders to ideate and develop new journeys for Digital Wealth TMRW client experience.
  • Improvements within the journey – Collaborate with Analytics / Customer Experience teams to assess performance of Digital Wealth client experiences in TMRW journeys across the Regional to ensure consistency to promote continuous innovative iterations.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a university degree from a recognized institution with at least 8 years of experience in consumer or private banking, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team, as well as collaboration across multi-function stakeholder environments.
  • PMP, Design thinking/ LEAN methodology, Agile certifications would be preferred. 
  • Experience in performing the role of a business lead/ product owner in driving digital capabilities implementations.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and backlog management and proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong understanding of digital service interactions models and possible use cases of deployment.
  • Strong understanding of the Private Bank and/or Wealth management landscape in terms of products, functional teams, services, and typical banking applications.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking/ human centered design methodology and experience in using it in project implementation.
  • Experience in customer immersions, journey mapping and design.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and creative skills.
