About the Role:

The Tubi TV advertising sales team has an opening for a Vice President of Direct Programmatic Sales. In this exciting role, the Vice President, Direct Programmatic Sales will be part of a leading AVOD streaming organization working with programmatic advertisers to help them achieve their business goals utilizing programmatic streaming video solutions.  Our ideal candidate will have strong relationships with all major Holding Companies and their programmatic teams as well as a robust understanding of the streaming programmatic advertising landscape.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute programmatic ad sales strategies that include clients and ad agency programmatic buying, planning and account groups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective direct programmatic advertising partners
  • Develop presentations, verbal and written pre/post sell efforts and account maintenance processes
  • Collaborate with account management and ad ops to deliver successful campaigns
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients onsite and at industry events
  • Identify new budget opportunities using data-driven and branded content offerings
  • Grow revenue from accounts and successfully close new businesses
  • Generate sales revenues that strategically utilize all available assets
  • Make recommendations on negotiation of media plans with agencies
  • Make recommendations on developing ideas to better monetize Tubi
  • Make recommendations on maximizing revenue of assigned account lists

Your Background:

  • College degree preferred in Marketing or Business
  • Minimum 12+ years performance advertising sales experience required
  • Proven presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of media math and terminology required
  • Experience working hands on in sales operation sales software 
  • Entrepreneurial and leadership skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
