ABOUT THE POSITION

The VP, Enterprise Account Manager, plays a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success. This position is responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of accounts by delivering strategic logistics solutions, strengthening relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand services across the ITS Logistics portfolio.

As a trusted advisor to customers, the VP, Enterprise Account Manager collaborates closely with internal operations, sales, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution, proactive problem-solving, and continuous value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across ITS service offerings.
  • Partner with internal operations and sales teams to deliver best-in-class service and solutions.
  • Monitor account performance, KPIs, and service metrics to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on goals.
  • Proactively address customer issues, risks, and service gaps with urgency and accountability.
  • Track and manage account pipelines, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and forecasting within CRM and internal systems.
  • Represent ITS Logistics professionally in customer meetings, calls, and on-site visits as needed.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, logistics, or transportation.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Customer-first mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
