  • Collaborate with Product and AI teams to infuse technical innovation into GTM messaging and market education
  • Regularly present findings, frameworks, and impact metrics to executive C-level leadership; contribute to board-level strategic conversations

What You Will Need

  • 12+ years of experience in go-to-market, strategic growth, or product roles within high-velocity SaaS companies
  • 7+ years of experience specifically in the martech industry, ideally in scaling environments or product-led growth models
  • Deep knowledge of the AI landscape and how it impacts go-to-market motions, pipeline optimization, and product marketing
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing scalable GTM programs with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue growth
  • Proven track record in initiatives that materially increase win rates and reduce sales cycle times

  • Experienced  in building enablement playbooks, launch frameworks, and product education loops that stick
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to C-level audiences
  • Self-starter with a bias toward execution, able to operate with minimal guidance and thrive in ambiguity
  • Global perspective with experience working across regions and functions

What We Offer

  • Level up with internal trainings covering AI fundamentals, coding, foreign languages, and a wide range of personal development skills.
  • Feed your curiosity with access to Spotify, LinkedIn Learning, Blinkist, MasterClass, and CloudGuru.
