CopilotIQ is delivering the first AI-driven platform for the 60 Million older Americans with chronic conditions like diabetes, CHF, and hypertension, with a goal of adding five great years to their lives. CopilotIQ is using connected devices, mobile applications, and a clinician management and automation app to build a longitudinal understanding of patient health to drive artificial intelligence. The system is using predictive analytics with a biomarker feedback loop to build a flywheel for continual improvement. Much like a pilot has a computer and person sitting next to them to ensure they stay safe, we believe every patient deserves to have someone watching over them and ensuring they are healthy

The Vice President of Payor Products will lead CopilotIQ’s product strategy and execution for payors and risk-bearing entities.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role owns the strategy and development of products that win with health plans and risk-bearing entities through driving enrollment and engagement, best-in-class clinical outcomes, at software margins. You will lead a distributed team across product management and Design/UX while working closely with engineering, clinical, and sales to translate complex reimbursement, regulatory, and operational needs into scalable, market leading products.

This is a highly cross-functional, externally facing role that blends strategic product leadership with deep commercial and payor fluency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Report directly to the CEO and serve as a senior member of the leadership team, shaping company strategy through a payer and market lens
  • Own and execute the product vision and roadmap with a strong emphasis on payor value, reimbursement models, cost of care, and outcomes-based economics
  • Ensure CopilotIQ’s products win in payor-driven markets through deep expertise in TAM analysis, competitive positioning, pricing, margin optimization, and differentiation
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success to support enterprise sales cycles, payer pilots, implementations, and renewals
  • Translate payer requirements—including quality measures, utilization management, reporting, and ROI—into clear, scalable product capabilities
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure products deliver measurable outcomes aligned with value-based care and regulatory expectations
  • Maintain strong awareness of healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., CMS, state Medicaid, data privacy) and guide compliant product design
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing remote product, design, and research organization
  • Define, track, and optimize KPIs tied to product adoption, clinical outcomes, gross margin, and customer retention
  • Evaluate and support strategic partnerships that expand payer reach, distribution, and product capability
  • Engage directly with external stakeholders—including payors, employers, partners, analysts, and industry groups—to gather feedback and shape product direction
  • Represent CopilotIQ as a product and payer-domain leader at industry events, customer meetings, and strategic forums

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, including leadership of enterprise-grade SaaS or healthcare technology platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling products for payors, value-based care organizations, or risk-bearing healthcare entities
  • Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through strong product-market fit, pricing strategy, and margin awareness
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying environments
  • Strong leadership experience across product management, design, and user research functions
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels—from C-suite payor executives to clinical and technical teams
  • Strategic, data-driven, and customer-centric mindset with strong execution rigor
  • Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, reimbursement models, and regulatory considerations
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environments
