Runwise is looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented Warehouse Procurement Specialist who is eager to learn.

Runwise (www.runwise.com) is a fast-paced, customer-focused climate-tech startup that controls and runs the key energy systems (heating, water, etc…) in 7,000+ buildings throughout the US. Runwise’s unique hardware and software service significantly reduces energy usage, substantially lowering costs and carbon output. As of today, Runwise’s technology takes the equivalent of 100,000 cars worth of carbon emissions off the road each year.

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Procurement Specialist at Runwise, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of departments including Field Operations, Scheduling, Onboarding, and Logistics. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and purchasing goods for the field operations team and ensure that the entire organization has the resources it needs to operate effectively. You will be responsible for helping determine part needs and forecasting future needs and ensuring our supply matches demand. You will work closely with the Warehouse Inventory Lead on picking and packing, tech lead support, scheduling shipments, cycle counts, and more.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Carry materials and tools around the shop for picking, packing, and storage
  • Picking and packing install and service call bags and replenishing tech lead van stock
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop storage racks
  • Oversee procurement communication with others outside of the warehouse
  • Join and contribute on calls with manufacturers and vendors
  • Utilize tracking mechanisms to ensure the correct quantity of products are built and ready for the field
  • Build products as needed
  • Evaluate spending mechanisms, find suppliers, and analyze procurement data

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inventory-related or equivalent experience
  • High School diploma or GED.

Salary (Hourly Rate): $30-$40 (Based on experience)
