We’re looking for a designer with a strong graphic design foundation who has evolved into creating modern, high‑quality B2B web experiences. This role blends visual design, content design, and UX sensibility, perfect for someone who loves turning complex ideas into simple, engaging, beautifully crafted digital experiences.

As a senior-level creative contributor, you’ll shape polished, on‑brand pages, graphics, and written content across our corporate site, intranet, and internal documentation. You’ll bring strong creative judgment, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate technical or abstract topics into clear, human, and useful digital materials.

If you’re equally confident concepting visual direction, writing crisp and accessible content, and delivering pixel‑perfect executions, you’ll thrive on our Digital Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead visual and content design for web, intranet, and internal documentation - producing polished, on-brand pages, graphics, and written content.
  • Translate complex or technical topics into clear, structured, and engaging experiences across corporate site, Confluence, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and content partners to shape solutions that balance creativity, usability, and business goals.
  • Apply UX, accessibility, SEO, and performance insights to continuously refine layouts, content structure, and overall clarity for web content design.
  • Manage multiple initiatives end-to-end, bringing strong creative judgment, organization, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing and producing digital experiences, including building and publishing web pages and page layouts for modern websites.
  • 3+ years of visual design experience, with a strong foundation in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, spacing, and overall polish.
  • Strong experience working with stakeholders, including the ability to intake requirements, clarify ambiguity, and present solutions with rationale.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply UX/UI best practices in page design, with an emphasis on usability, clarity, and user-centered outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and information architecture, including how structure, metadata, headings, and content hierarchy influence findability and comprehension.
  • Experience using analytics and performance data such as page behavior, search queries, and engagement metrics to inform recommendations and improve content effectiveness.
  • Proven understanding of web accessibility best practices (WCAG), including designing for contrast, hierarchy, focus states, content clarity, and inclusive experiences.
  • Experience working within component-based design systems (and/or modular CMS frameworks), with the ability to design creatively while staying consistent with reusable patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including layout, components, design libraries, and collaborating with handoff-ready artifacts.
  • Ability to keep consistent tone of voice and adhere to style guidelines while translating complex or technical topics into clear, customer-friendly content, especially for B2B audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing work, and communicate progress consistently.
  • Comfortable working in Agile / iterative environments with rapid feedback cycles and evolving requirements.
  • High ownership mindset: demonstrates initiative, problem-solving, and follow-through with broad supervision.
  • Working familiarity with basic HTML/CSS concepts (enough to collaborate effectively with developers and understand constraints).
  • Experience supporting or maintaining brand identity standards, including applying visual consistency across digital experiences.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B industries (tech, enterprise, manufacturing, semiconductors, SaaS, etc.).
  • Ability to create original digital assets (icons, illustrations, diagrams), or light motion/animation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) practices and supporting scalable asset organization.
  • Strong personal discipline around structured design files, documentation, and systematic organization.
  • Experience contributing to or extending design systems (pattern refinement, component guidelines, usage documentation).
  • Able to balance creativity with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio Expectations

  • Branded web pages or landing pages showing strong visual design and content hierarchy.
  • Examples of content-heavy layouts that demonstrate clarity, structure, and scannability.
  • Evidence of working within a design system or component library while maintaining high design quality.
  • Proof of consistency and polish: type scale, spacing discipline, alignment, accessibility awareness.
