Who We Are

We dream big. We love food. And we’re building the next generation of AI marketing software for restaurants.

SpotHopper is the leading all-in-one marketing and operations platform for local bars and restaurants. Trusted by over 15,000 restaurants, we were recently named one of the 100 fastest-growing AI companies in the world. Our platform helps independent restaurants build their brand, boost visibility, and drive more revenue with smarter, automated marketing tools—all from one easy-to-use dashboard.

The Role

We’re looking for a Web Producer / Marketing Ops Lead to help us level up SpotHopper’s marketing machine—starting with a full rebuild of our marketing site using Framer or Webflow. In this role, you’ll not only own the production and publishing of web pages across Framer and our CMS—you’ll also serve as the operational backbone of our marketing team, managing workflows, tools, and timelines to keep everything on track and moving fast.

You’ll collaborate closely with our VP of Marketing, UX & Brand Designer, Content Lead, and Email & Lifecycle Lead to ship high-impact content and campaigns. If you're equal parts builder and organizer—and excited to help bring a fast-growing AI SaaS brand to life—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:Web Production
  • Build, update, and publish marketing pages in Framer or Webflow (or other 3rd-party CMS)
  • Partner with our designer to implement modern, responsive page layouts using reusable components
  • Manage lead forms, CTAs, tags, redirects, and metadata across the site
  • Own the publishing workflow for blogs, SEO pages, landing pages, and product updates
  • Ensure visual consistency and site quality across devices
Marketing Operations
  • Own and manage the marketing team’s project tracker (Notion, Airtable, or similar)
  • Lead weekly standups and help set team priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with content, design, email, and social leads to keep work flowing smoothly
  • Support campaign ops (e.g., web assets, tracking links, launch timelines)
  • Help administer marketing tools (Framer, CMS, GA4, HubSpot, etc.)

What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in web production, CMS management, or marketing ops—ideally in a SaaS, media, or tech startup environment
  • Hands-on experience building and publishing in Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or a similar no-code/low-code platform
  • Strong project management skills and comfort with tools like Notion, Asana, Airtable, Trello
  • A proactive, organized, collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, SEO best practices, and responsive design fundamentals
Bonus if You Have
  • Experience helping launch or manage a high-performing SaaS website
  • Experience working alongside a small, fast-paced creative marketing team
  • Comfort using AI tools like Jasper or ChatGPT to generate, QA, or optimize content
  • Interest in how design, SEO, and CRO intersect to drive business growth
To Apply

Please include a brief portfolio or links to Framer, Webflow, or other CMS sites you’ve built or managed. Bonus points for examples that show clean structure, SaaS-style polish, or creative content use.
