Own discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native, user-facing products. Research daily crypto users, define requirements, manage the backlog, and ship features with engineering and design. Make data-driven decisions on chains, wallets, and protocols; coordinate with compliance, marketing, support, and operations; and represent the company in crypto communities. The role requires strong product judgment, payments and checkout expertise, practical DeFi knowledge, wallet UX familiarity, and experience driving adoption across distributed teams.
This is a remote position.
The employer is a leading crypto e-commerce store that allows users to 'Live on Crypto' by purchasing digital gift cards, eSIMs, and phone refills with Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies and also offer bill payment services in specific countries.
They are opening a Web3 Product Manager role (Remote EU | Europe or up to GMT-3) to drive the company’s products vertical.
MISSIONS :
- Own product discovery, planning, and delivery for crypto-native features
- Conduct direct research with users who spend crypto daily: understand their setups, workarounds, and frustrations
- Write specifications with clear requirements and acceptance criteria; manage the backlog; ship end-to-end alongside engineering and design
- Make integration decisions about chains, wallets, and protocols, based on usage data rather than market hype
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with compliance, marketing, support, and operations
- Represent the company in crypto communities and at industry conferences
Requirements
- 6 - 8+ years in product management, ideally in payments products, e-commerce, consumer or fintech, owning user-facing products end to end.
- A real-e commerce or payments experience plus Web3 exposure (1-3 years) and a clear focus on building user facing products that actually get used.
- 3+ years owning user-facing products end-to-end
- Track record of shipping products with real adoption, demonstrating clear impact on users, conversion, retention, or revenue.
- Hands-on experience with payments or checkout flows
- Experience leading product work across distributed teams and time zones, operating effectively in remote-first, async environments
- Practical experience with DeFi: vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, gas dynamics
- Strong UX and product judgment
- Familiarity with wallet UX across desktop and mobile, understanding onboarding friction, transaction flows, and user trust considerations.
- Ability to decompose large problems into shippable increments, balancing speed, quality, and user impact.
- Skill in facilitating alignment across engineering, design, and business functions
- Clear written communication: specifications, decision documents, async updates
