You will support the broader web vision, ensuring that every element of the site, from homepage to landing pages, works harmoniously to drive engagement, conversion, and business growth. You are the bridge between our marketing traffic and our sales pipeline.

This is a hybrid role in Austin, TX that reports directly into the Head of CRO for SolarWinds.

Why This Role Matters  You are the "closer" for our Marketing team. While others focus on bringing people to the site, you are responsible for what happens once they arrive. By optimizing the web experience, your work directly influences conversion rates, pipeline quality, and revenue growth across our global digital properties.

Key Responsibilities

· Support demand generation and campaign teams in activating personalization for audience-based and campaign initiatives.

· Partner with BU Owners to develop and manage the experiment roadmap, including hypothesis development, prioritization, and performance evaluation.

· Collaborate closely with UX, analytics, paid media, SEO, and campaigns in ideating and prioritizing test concept plans.

· Use Optimizely to design and execute build A/B tests, including configuration, governance, experimentation, and ongoing optimization.

· Partner closely with Web Development & Marketing Operations to align priorities and execute optimization initiatives.

· Use Adobe Analytics and Tableau to monitor website analytics to identify trends, conversion barriers, and opportunities to improve engagement, user experience, and form conversion.

· Translate test results into actionable insights and continuously apply learnings to improve website performance.

· Establish scalable optimization frameworks and best practices playbooks that enable continuous improvement over time.

· Leverage AI tools to accelerate test ideation, UX analysis and variant creation, and performance insights.

What You Bring to the Table

· Expertise in web analytics (preferably Adobe Analytics), experimentation platforms (preferably Optimizely), and content management systems (CMS).

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

· Experience collaborating with UX designers, developers, demand generation, and marketing operations teams.

· Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented with a bias toward action.
