Overview: 
Alex + Ani is seeking a proactive Wholesale Account Manager to identify, onboard, and manage wholesale partners, including Boutiques, Specialty, Big Box, and curated/subscription channels. This role combines relationship management and operational execution, ensuring new partnerships are launched successfully and existing partners are supported for ongoing growth. The ideal candidate is organized, data-informed, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and workstreams. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Identify and support onboarding of new wholesale partners (retail, subscription, curated)  
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure smooth operations and ongoing success  
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, inventory, and finance teams to execute product launches, promotions, and campaigns  
  • Track partner performance and escalate opportunities or issues as needed  
  • Support contract, pricing, and agreement processes with internal and external teams  
  • Ensure strong communication and follow-through across stakeholders  
  • Identify operational improvements to streamline partner management and execution  

Ideal Background & Experience: 
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development within DTC, e-commerce, or consumer brands  
  • Experience supporting wholesale or retail partners preferred  
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills  
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts  
  • Comfortable tracking and reporting partner performance  
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
