Most people start their mornings with coffee that leaves them jittery, crashing, and running on empty. Everyday Dose exists to fix that because people deserve a morning ritual that actually feels good. We make functional coffee, matcha, and creamers that deliver calm energy, steady focus, and real well-being. No crash, no jitters, no gut issues. After serving more than 1.3 million customers and expanding into national retail, we’re hiring driven, thoughtful people who want to help redefine how the world starts its day at scale.

We are scaling fast and expanding into cafés, grocery, fitness studios, hotels, and wellness retail. We’re looking for a Wholesale Manager who can own our growing wholesale channel, managing existing accounts with a hospitality mindset while aggressively opening new ones.

This is a full-cycle role: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, relationship management, sell-through support, and reorder velocity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage all current wholesale accounts

  • Own relationships with existing partners (gyms, cafés, boutique grocery, wellness retail, offices).
  • Monitor inventory, reorder cadence, and sell-through.
  • Ensure all accounts have updated POS, sampling support, and staff education.
  • Manage inbound requests + onboarding flow.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting, and performance tracking.

2. Drive new business acquisition

  • Map and prioritize target verticals (boutique fitness, high-end cafés, specialty grocers, spas, hotels, coworking).
  • Run high-volume outbound (email, phone, IG DM).
  • Pitch ED’s story, product benefits, and margin structure.
  • Own the full pipeline from lead → close → onboarding.
  • Hit monthly new account targets.

3. Boost sell-through + account performance

  • Optimize product placement and visibility.
  • Coordinate sampling drops + staff tastings.
  • Partner with marketing to deploy simple, scalable POS.
  • Make sure accounts have what they need to sell more, not just buy more.

4. Forecasting + Performance Reporting

  • Track weekly KPIs (new accounts, reorders, churn risk).
  • Forecast demand + account growth.
  • Maintain clean CRM and pipeline dashboards.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with CX for account support.
  • Work with Ops on inventory, shipping reliability, and terms.
  • Work with Brand on POS materials, training, and product education.
  • Work with Finance on margin, pricing, and promotions.

RequirementsQualifications:
  • 4–7 years of experience in CPG wholesale, retail partnerships, or beverage sales.
  • Proven track record of building a pipeline and closing accounts.
  • Experienced in managing 100+ active accounts.
  • Knowledge of beverage/functional CPG is a plus.
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Really good vibes — relationship-oriented, persistent, hospitable, scrappy.
  • High-volume outbound experience is a huge plus.

Benefits
  • Competitive base, bonus, and equity package
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Remote-friendly role
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
  • Monthly health & wellness stipend
