* Plan and monitor work packages within the EVMS framework
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage work scope, schedule, and budget
* Implement and maintain EVMS processes and procedures to measure project performance and identify variances
* Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to minimize project risks
* Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders
* Serve as a subject matter expert on EVMS principles and practices
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and optimize EVMS processes

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with four years of applicable experience, OR an Associate's degree with six years of applicable experience, OR the overall equivalent
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and earned value analysis
- Possess an advanced level of understanding of EVMS
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and drive consensus with diverse stakeholders and internal customers
- Presentation experience
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, complex, fast paced, changing engineering and manufacturing environment
- Ability to perform effectively and independently with good time management skills, under minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- While a remote role, must be a reasonable driving commute from York, PA or Sterling Heights, MI. Please note there is no relocation benefit for this position.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Proposal estimating background or exposure to Basis of Estimates (BOE's)
- Advanced Microsoft M365 skillset, including optimizing SharePoint Online and Teams, as well as developing and automating workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and advanced Excel capabilities
- Proficiency in EVMS tools and software, such as Deltek's Open Plan and Cobra, Primavera, and/or PM Compass
- Defense contracting / manufacturing experience
