About this Role

As an Invisors Data ConversionArchitect, you will lead the DC workstream internally by coaching more junior consultants, and externally by managing the design and delivery of Workday projects. On projects, you will work closely with functional architects across all Workday areas in scope, as well as manage cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system.  

In addition to your client-facing role, every Invisors Manager plays a critical role internally as we develop our business, improve our client offerings, and grow our team. You will be expected to contribute on projects as well as contributing internally. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

An Invisors Architect must: 

  • Have the project, industry, and Workday experience to guide project scope and design commitments with a client.   

  • Be a partner for the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for the planning of the area of a project. 

  • Proactively work with other areas of the project to develop solutions for requirements or planning challenges A DC manager will not simply advocate for the workstream but instead will look to develop the best solution for the project, client, and Invisors overall. 

  • Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects.   

  • Read the room and tailor approach appropriately and deliver difficult messages effectively. 

  • Have the ability to convert data for 4 or more workstreams and the flexibility to quickly learn a new workstream 

  • Handle mapping conversations and manage the transformation work across a project. 

 

Relevant skills and experience: 

  • 4+ years of Workday data conversion experience 

  • Prior consulting experience required  

  • Advanced excel skills 

  • SQL skills preferred 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Experience leading data conversion workstreams on multiple Workday projects 

  • Data analysis or conversion experience in multiple industries 

  • Experience with Workday Data Conversion and Workday tenant migration tools 

  • Preferred experience building complex solutions using Workday reporting tools 

Location & Employment Requirements

  • Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.

  • This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.
