  • Mentorship & Knowledge: Act as a mentor, coach, and reviewer for less experienced team members. You'll contribute actively to our knowledge repository, sharing best practices and innovative deployment approaches.

  • Deep Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis on client issues and implement effective, well-researched corrective measures.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: 4+ years leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post-Production/AMS Services, or as a sophisticated Workday client.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of Workday Payroll in any SKUs.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritize without supervision, and lead full-lifecycle projects (scoping, design, go-live).

  • Consultative Skills: Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and proven ability to influence stakeholders, guiding internal and client discussions toward timely solution agreement.

  • Technical Acumen: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to frequent change.
