About this Role

As an Invisors Workday Payroll Senior Consultant, you will partner with clients to deliver Workday Payroll solutions and implementations. You’ll lead client conversations, solve complex business challenges, mentor junior consultants, and play a key role in delivering successful project outcomes. In addition to client work, you will contribute internally to help improve processes and support the growth of the organization.

Location & Employment Requirements

  • Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Invisors will not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.

  • This is a full-time W2 position only. Invisors does not offer C2C arrangements or contract opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead client requirements and design sessions independently.

  • Configure and deliver Workday Payroll solutions.

  • Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.

  • Mentor junior team members within the HCM practice.

  • Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Workday Payroll configuration experience

  • Workday implementation/project experience

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
