Job Description:

The Workday Project Manager is perfect for someone with several years of Workday experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow deeper into Workday consulting. In this role, you’ll support finance and HR transformation projects, often centered on Workday cloud applications, and play a key part in keeping projects organized, clients supported, and teams moving forward.

You’ll work closely with Consultants, Engagement Managers, and technical team members to support both implementation and post-production work. If you enjoy being at the center of a project, partnering with clients, and jumping in wherever needed, you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing core project coordination activities including schedules, timelines, staffing needs, budgets, and deliverables

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day project coordination items

  • Supporting and guiding technical team members by helping keep priorities, timelines, and dependencies clear

  • Assisting with client-facing materials, status reporting, testing support, and documentation

  • Helping ensure project application requirements are understood, including basic functional and non-functional needs

  • Partnering with project leaders to identify risks, issues, and gaps early and help drive resolution

  • Keeping project tools, trackers, and documentation accurate and up to date

  • Continuing to build expertise in Workday cloud applications and implementation methodology

  • Jumping in wherever needed to help deliver great outcomes for our clients

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting

  • Experience in Workday, HR technology, or enterprise cloud solutions

  • Experience supporting projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, or timelines

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication

  • Comfort working with both client stakeholders and technical team members

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting finance or HR transformation initiatives

  • Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies

  • Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments
