Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • MUST have Workday implementation experience with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Practical or implementation experience in Workday with Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management is preferred
  • Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering 
  • 3+ years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
  • Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project team
