The Workday SCM Manager will support post-production clients in procurement and supplier management, ensuring operational stability and process optimization.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday Supply Chain Management solutions
- Proven success working in a post-production / AMS / production support environment
- Strong functional expertise in Workday Procurement and Supplier Management
- Hands-on experience supporting Accounts Payable within Workday SCM, including supplier invoices, payment processing, and procure‑to‑pay accounting impacts
- Experience supporting cross-functional Financials touchpoints, including accounting, spend controls, and downstream reporting
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a client-facing lead with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- No travel required, unless requested by the client
- Active Workday SCM and/or Financials certification
- Prior AMS / PPS / managed services experience
- Experience managing medium to large Workday support engagements
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay and accounts payable processes
- Experience with integrations, reporting, and automation related to Procurement and AP
- Prior people management experience, including mentoring, delegating, and reviewing work
The estimated base salary range for this job is $135,000 - $165,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $162,000 - $198,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
