Founded by former Workday clients, we value partnership and engagement as a cornerstone of our business. With years of functional and technical experience in all phases of Workday's deployment life cycle, we can determine the most efficient integration designs and rapid deployment strategies. We develop maintainable solutions and provide support for integration testing and updates for new Workday releases.

We are seeking a Workday Transformation Enablement Consultant to support the successful adoption of Workday solutions across our client base. This role focuses on driving organizational readiness, user adoption, and training enablement throughout Workday deployments and post-go-live support. This individual will partner closely with functional leads (HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, Benefits, Compensation), project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure that Workday implementations are not just delivered—but fully adopted and embedded into the business. Unlike traditional change management roles, this position is deeply integrated into the Workday delivery lifecycle, requiring a strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration impacts, and end-user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the change management and training lead across Workday implementations and AMS engagements
  • Partner with functional consultants to understand Workday configuration, business process design, and downstream impacts to end users
  • Conduct change impact assessments across key Workday areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation)
  • Develop and execute adoption strategies aligned to client goals, timelines, and deployment approach
  • Design and deliver end-user training programs, including:
    • Role-based training strategy
    • Instructor-led sessions (virtual and in-person)
    • Job aids, quick reference guides, and enablement materials
    • Workday-specific training environments and demos
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication planning, ensuring alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations
  • Facilitate workshops to drive clarity on future-state processes and user experience within Workday
  • Support testing cycles (UAT, parallel, payroll testing) by ensuring business users are prepared and understand system changes
  • Measure and track adoption metrics, user readiness, and post-go-live success indicators
  • Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, identifying adoption gaps and recommending optimization strategies
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as accelerators, training frameworks, and reusable change artifacts

What Makes You Successful

  • You understand that Workday success = adoption, not just configuration
  • You can translate technical Workday design into simple, clear user experiences
  • You’re comfortable operating in fast-paced implementations with shifting priorities
  • You balance structure (methodology) with practical execution (what actually works on projects)

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in change management, training, or organizational enablement, ideally within ERP or HCM implementations
  • Hands-on experience supporting Workday deployments (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Financials)
  • Strong understanding of Workday business processes and how configuration decisions impact end users
  • Experience with:
    • Change impact assessments
    • Stakeholder analysis and engagement
    • Communication planning
    • Training development and delivery
    • Adoption measurement and reporting
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and training sessions
  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage both end users and executive stakeholders
  • Experience working in consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects

Preferred

  • Workday partner certification (any functional area)
  • Experience supporting multi-country or global deployments
  • Background in HR, Payroll, or Operations
  • Familiarity with Workday deployment methodologies (Launch, Launch Express, or similar)
