Role Overview:

Could you be our next Worksite Trainer? Globe Life is looking for a Worksite Trainer to join the team!

This role is responsible for training and implementing company systems across all field agencies, cultivating their skills and knowledge to drive operational efficiency. You will provide comprehensive training, leveraging your subject matter expertise to motivate others to become more efficient and effective.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate with Home Office Directors and Field Personnel to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
  • Implement effective training systems.
  • Book all travel associated with your position, following a Sunday through Thursday weekly travel schedule.
  • Manage a company card and expenses responsibly.
  • Conduct meetings, webinars, and individual training sessions.
  • Prepare educational materials such as presentations and videos.
  • Support and mentor Field Supervisors and Field Directors.
  • Oversee growth and training for your assigned region.
  • Manage training at the field level and ensure company initiatives are being implemented.
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement and maintain open communication with Field Force and Office Management.
  • Monitor field force performance and response to training.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all systems associated with Liberty National.
  • Complete all weekly field reports on time.

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Sales experience within Liberty National.
  • Proven experience within Liberty National using the Worksite Systems.
  • Ability to implement all Liberty National systems effectively and efficiently.
  • Executive level communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools, with a willingness to embrace new training in corporate teaching.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Salesforce (EPIC) familiarity is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision making abilities.
  • Ability to make adjustments and think independently.
