Are you a dynamic educator, passionate about encouraging young people to explore the field of Business Communication? We’re hiring for a freelance Subject Matter Expert with a teaching background in Social Media and Visual Media Analysis to write high school courses.
The ideal candidate will be well versed in the fields of Digital Literacy and Marketing, with a solid understanding of appropriate and related educational standards. Candidates must have teaching experience at the high school or community college level. The candidate will be able to write in an engaging and conversational style appropriate for 13 to 17-year-olds.
 
Other experience:
  • Ability to disseminate knowledge via writing
  • Experience working with state standards
This course will equip students with the foundational knowledge for a variety of opportunities immediately upon high school graduation. It will be a one-semester course, with 4-8 units of study (units will consist of 5500 - 7500 words) and work is expected to begin immediately. As part of the hiring process, potential candidates may be invited to participate in a paid audition to demonstrate their ability to understand and meet standards, as well as write material at an appropriate level and in an engaging manner.
