- Own end-to-end post-production for high-performing YouTube content, from ingest and assembly through final delivery
- Shape compelling narratives through pacing, structure, music, graphics, and sound design to maximize retention and watch time
- Collaborate with producers, creators, and stakeholders to refine concepts and translate creative vision into finished edits
- Execute precise, efficient workflows across multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
- Apply platform-specific editing strategies, trends, and formats optimized for YouTube performance
