z/OS Network Systems Administrator | Remote(EST/CST) - Long Term COntract
Administer and troubleshoot IBM z/OS network systems and connectivity, including VTAM, TCP/IP, TN3270, FTP, Policy Agent, and SMTP. Manage TSO, ISPF, JCL, VSAM, catalogs, and JES2 operations. Develop automation scripts and monitoring or reporting tools, support MQ, DB2, CICS, file transmission, printing, and email infrastructure, and collaborate with enterprise network and security teams.

Requirements
🔹 Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with IBM z/OS Communication Server
- Strong knowledge of VTAM, TCP/IP, TN3270, FTP, Policy Agent & SMTP
- z/OS environment access, navigation and administration
- TSO, ISPF, JCL, VSAM & catalog management
- z/OS and JES2 operator commands
- TSO/REXX, TSO/CLIST or SAS scripting for automation
- Mainframe connectivity supporting MQ, DB2, CICS and related middleware
- File transmission, printing and email infrastructure troubleshooting
- Monitoring and reporting tool development
- Collaboration with Enterprise Network Services and Security teams
