Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Zoho and WordPress Automation Specialist with strong leadership skills to help us optimize and automate our business processes. This role involves working with multiple Zoho applications and integrating them with our WordPress website and other tools to ensure data flows seamlessly across our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of automation strategies using Zoho and WordPress.
- Evaluate current systems and recommend scalable solutions to improve process efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, process maps, SOPs, and user guides.
- Provide leadership and support to team members in understanding systems and workflows.
- Ensure clear, trackable integration across Zoho apps and third-party tools.
- Maintain consistent reporting and analytics setup for performance monitoring.
- Stay updated on Zoho platform updates, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Zoho One apps and system integrations.
- Typing Proficiency: Minimum 60 WPM (typing test required).
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Proven ability to create clear, scalable, and user-friendly technical documentation.
- Deep understanding of CRM workflows, automation logic, and business process mapping
- Comfortable working across departments and communicating with non-technical team members.
- Skilled in using WordPress in combination with CRM and marketing tools.
- Familiar with data reporting, tracking, and analytics frameworks.
- Proficiency in Zoho and WordPress, with a strong emphasis on Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Books, Mail is a must.
- Availability to work during daytime hours in Eastern Timezone (ET).
