Perform implementations, scripting, IaC, container and CI/CD integrations, troubleshooting, customer training, mentorship, cross-team coordination, and support incident response and compromise assessments.

Support pre-sales and post-sales for SLED customers: demonstrate CrowdStrike Falcon, run demos/POVs, advise on endpoint, cloud, identity, and AI security, drive onboarding/adoption/expansion/renewals, partner with Account Executives, mentor peers, and perform occasional customer travel.

Conduct cloud-focused Red Team/Blue Team engagements as the Blue Teamer: support SOC/IR in real-time threat hunting, detection engineering, and incident response during adversary emulation. Manage engagements end-to-end, deliver reports, and recommend long-term enhancements to improve detection, response, and recovery. Provide client-facing consulting, project management, and relationship-building with technical and executive stakeholders.
