Optimize and validate SMT manufacturing processes (printing, placement, reflow, AOI/SPI), troubleshoot defects, lead RCA/ corrective actions, support NPI/DFM, train technicians, maintain process controls and documentation, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Onsite process engineer responsible for defining, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve cost, quality, and delivery. Duties include root-cause analysis, process control, equipment selection and implementation, ECO management, SPC, training production staff, documentation, and supporting new process transfers and capital projects.

Coordinates test equipment development, installation, calibration, and operation; analyzes test data and yield issues; resolves root causes; develops test software and hardware; and trains technicians and operators. Requires extensive ICT, boundary scan, and test engineering experience, with scripting in Python or Perl preferred.

Maintains and improves automation equipment, tooling, and applications for manufacturing processes. Creates technical documentation, preventive maintenance plans, troubleshooting guides, and corrective actions. Supports machine uptime, electrical troubleshooting, process and equipment design improvements, continuous improvement projects, and automation framework development while coordinating with engineering, operations, and quality teams.

The role requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least seven years of engineering experience. Experience with major SMT equipment brands is preferred, while PFMEA, DOE, SPC, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Six Sigma are advantageous.

Leads the design, integration, validation, and lifecycle support of electrical systems for AI and high-performance computing data center infrastructure. Develops power distribution architectures, controls, specifications, and validation plans; leads analysis, troubleshooting, system integration, prototype builds, manufacturing readiness, deployments, and technical roadmaps. Partners across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer teams while mentoring engineers and driving technical strategy.

Lead development, deployment, and analysis of electronic and software test programs and equipment. Design test plans, develop test software (Python, LabVIEW, Perl), support in-circuit, functional, ESS and system-level testing, perform failure/root-cause analysis, train technicians, create process documentation, and coordinate third-party test development and verification in production.
