Leads Riot’s technical training program for data center operations and maintenance. Designs curricula, certification processes, assessments, job aids, and emergency drills covering critical power, cooling, safety, and equipment procedures. Delivers classroom, virtual, and hands-on instruction; evaluates employee competency; maintains training records; audits program quality; coaches trainers and learners; identifies performance gaps; and improves training based on data and operational outcomes. The role partners across operations and facilities teams and requires regular travel to multiple sites.

Coordinate People Operations initiatives, project plans, meetings, documentation, onboarding, budgets, vendors, communications, and leadership support. Maintain the team’s operating rhythm, organize priorities and materials, track follow-ups, improve processes, and build effective cross-functional partnerships. The role supports the People Operations function rather than directly managing the employee lifecycle.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs across onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical and internship tracks. Develops instructional materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, administers the LMS, measures program effectiveness, and partners with managers and Talent Management to identify learning needs and improve curriculum and learner experience.
