Administer and configure Commerce's Salesforce org with emphasis on Service Cloud: case management, routing, entitlements, SLAs, CTI/telephony, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud. Build declarative automations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects), maintain data quality, triage user issues, document changes, and collaborate with developers for custom solutions. Support sales, support, and customer success teams and manage sandbox/change processes to ensure reliable, scalable platform operations.

Lead the deal desk and contract management functions, approve non-standard deals, build policies and playbooks, manage end-to-end CLM processes, partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to ensure compliant, efficient quote-to-cash operations, and recruit and develop a team while driving process improvements and executive reporting on commercial health.
