Lead the deal desk and contract management functions, approve non-standard deals, build policies and playbooks, manage end-to-end CLM processes, partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to ensure compliant, efficient quote-to-cash operations, and recruit and develop a team while driving process improvements and executive reporting on commercial health.

Serve as liaison between business and technology for back-office systems (marketing, billing, finance). Gather and document requirements, map current/future processes, support UAT and releases, drive integrations and process improvements, and coordinate with architects, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable system solutions.
