Owns the onsite reception and workplace experience, including visitor and candidate hospitality, badging compliance, mail and shipping logistics, kitchen and catering operations, conference room readiness, facilities coordination, administrative ticketing, and support for company events. Verify and maintain social service program listings, research and add new resources, respond to user tickets, use internal curation tools, and collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and platform support.
