Lead product design, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives. Build adoption and customer-health dashboards, analyze usage and competitive positioning, resolve customer escalations, and translate feedback into product improvements. Support enablement through webinars, documentation, and training, while representing the product with customers, advisory boards, and executive stakeholders. Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Platform, Support, Services, Growth, and Customer Success teams.
