Lead technical scoping, workflow validation, integration design, project planning, milestone tracking, reporting, readiness assessments, and internal handoffs to Customer Success. Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, communicate project health to stakeholders, and apply structured procedures to deliver efficient onboarding and initial customer value.
