Under Armour has scooped up another Austin-based fitness company.

It was revealed by MobiHealthNews this week that the sportswear company, who keeps its digital operations in Austin, has acquired Austin-based Gritness. The group fitness scheduling software developer was founded in 2012 and had raised over $300,000 in seed funding. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

The Gritness app and website allows users and brands to access a search engine that connects people with local workouts. Gyms and fitness studios can promote their programs via the service.

Under Armour acquired MapMyFitness for $150 million in November 2013 and purchased MyFitnessPal and Endomondo in February 2015 for $560 million.
