Riskpulse merged with Resilience360. The supply chain monitoring company announced the acquisition of Riskpulse, a supply chain risk analytics company. Columbia Capital also agreed to add an additional $22.7M in funding. [Built In Austin]

Russell Fujioka joined CollBox as a strategic advisor. Its application integrates with accounting platforms to allow businesses to collect on past-due invoices and monitor accounts receivable health.
