Social Solutions to hire up to 50. The tech company provides outcomes and data management software to nonprofits and public-sector organizations in order to help them become more efficient. It’s increasing its headcount by 20 percent in 2020. [Built In Austin]

Travis County approved tax breaks for Tesla gigafactory. Commissioners voted five to four in favor of the incentives agreement. If the deal goes through, it will mean a four- to five-million-square-foot facility near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. [Built In Austin]
