Create and maintain precise 2D and 3D mechanical CAD drawings using Siemens NX, applying ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards. Collaborate with engineers to convert concepts into manufacturable, testable designs, maintain drawing packages across iterations, support configuration management, and participate in design reviews and quality improvements for advanced nuclear reactor systems.

Leads reliability engineering for nuclear microreactor components, subsystems, and assemblies. Develops reliability requirements, predictions, statistical models, experiments, accelerated-life tests, and verification strategies. Analyzes failure data and uncertainty, supports FMEA/FMECA and fault-tree analysis, evaluates system risks, and creates technical documentation. Collaborates with design, test, manufacturing, quality, safety, and systems teams to improve product robustness and mentors engineers.

Create video content documenting Aalo Atomics’ factory, hardware, engineering milestones, people, and events. Own productions from concept through final edit, including social videos, documentaries, launch films, recruiting content, and event coverage. Collaborate with brand and marketing teams while managing production logistics, equipment, footage libraries, and post-production workflows. The role is onsite in Austin and includes travel for shoots when needed.
