Lead cross-functional execution to take a nuclear microreactor product from concept through launch and high-volume manufacturing. Drive readiness tracking, risk mitigation, change management, stakeholder engagement (DOE, NRC, labs), make-versus-buy decisions, issue resolution, and program reporting to meet milestones and remove roadblocks.

The PRA Engineer will develop PRA models, support licensing applications, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with design engineers and HFE teams.

The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer leads mechanical design for nuclear reactors. Responsibilities include design ownership, engineering analyses, mentoring, and ensuring safety standards.
