  • Build practical planning processes that use forecasts to guide purchasing decisions, particularly for long-lead materials
  • Contribute to MRP implementation, reorder point strategy, and safety stock planning
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to improve forecasting processes
  • Establish clear inventory visibility and reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Engineering on new product introductions (NPI)
  • Work with Quality to support NQA-1 standards and audits
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing to ensure material readiness
  • Align with Finance on invoice resolution and procure-to-pay processes

  • Implement supply chain processes that support sustainable growth
  • Establish supplier KPIs and performance scorecards

  • A proactive, scalable supply chain aligned with company growth goals
  • Strong supplier partnerships and agreements that support expansion in the nuclear sector

  • Reliable material availability that supports manufacturing objectives

  • 5–10 years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within a product-based company
  • Experience in a high-growth environment is helpful
  • Background in manufacturing, hardware, or complex assemblies preferred
  • Familiarity with the systems and processes required to build a strategic supply chain function
Skills & Working Style
