Lead day-to-day accounting, close processes, financial reporting, reconciliations, AR/AP, cash management, budgeting/forecasting, audits, intercompany accounting, internal controls, and a multi-location clinic finance team while improving systems and automation.

The BCBA plans and monitors behavioral support services for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders, conducts assessments, implements programs, and supervises staff while ensuring ethical standards of practice are maintained.

The BCBA will assess children, ensure compliance with documentation protocols, support RBTs, conduct training, and respond to behavioral issues while maintaining client programming.

Provide BCBA services including functional assessments, individualized behavior intervention plans, supervision and training of RBTs, documentation compliant with HIPAA, and occasional in-person client visits and meetings while maintaining professional development in ABA.
