Provide BCBA services including functional assessments, individualized behavior intervention plans, supervision and training of RBTs, documentation compliant with HIPAA, and occasional in-person client visits and meetings while maintaining professional development in ABA.
- Collaborate with professionals across behavioral health, special education, and developmental disability sectors to enhance patient outcomes.
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other direct care staff both virtually and in-person as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
- Attend scheduled on-site meetings, client visits, or training sessions when required (typically within your local service area).
- Stay current with the latest practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) through ongoing professional development.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs preferred.
- Strong grasp of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and data collection methods.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting in-person obligations as needed.
- Background in special education or a related field is a plus.
- Strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
